Magick is always brewing...

I asked Gale to create a Migraine Magick™ Tea Blend to compliment Migraine Magick™ Tea (she calls it Mindful Mint Magick and is for sale on her site) and she did a hell of a job!

…..WHERE THE MAGICK IS ALWAYS BREWING….

Tea has been around for thousands of years and is still enjoyed for the relaxing and medicinal qualities it contains.

Growing up in my home tea was used as a celebratory beverage during happy occasions and as a comforting beverage during times of duress. Today when I brew a cup of tea my memories are re- ignited of my child hood sitting with that glorious cup of tea, steam swirling out of the cup. The color, smell and warmth are imbued in my cellular energetic makeup.

There is something soothing, familiar and ritualistic about having tea.

A steaming cup of tea is more than a beverage; it's a full healing experience.

Tea has also long been recognized for its healing properties, due to the antioxidants found in many types of tea, and the restorative properties of herbal blends.

Harvard Medical School has done studies on tea and has found the main health-promoting substances in tea are polyphenols, in particular catechins and epicatechins. Studies say these molecules have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

I find immense satisfaction in the practice of blending my own herbal teas. I choose the highest organic quality ingredients available to me.

When I created the Mindful Mint Magick herbal tea I infused it with heart LOVE and mindfully blended it with the energy of intention in creating calm, balance, joy allowing a peaceful pace for those who would consume it.

Some of the ingredients and the benefits of them are listed below:

Peppermint: antioxidant and neurochemical properties

Rosemary: hailed since ancient times for alleviating muscle pain, boosting immunity and supporting the circulatory system.

Lavender: reduces anxiety, stress, pain and inflammation.

The primary essential oil used for this blend is a mood enhancer-opening up a greater relationship with higher inner soul source energies.

So take time to gather and relax, experience great conversation and watch steam swirl from cups of scented teas. Further information on teas contact Gale Barton at sweetferns@aol.com
