Another Full Moon is upon us...August 18th..
Migraine Magick Full Moon Etiquette
Starting 3 days before the full moon and continuing 3 days afterwards you can greatly diminish your migraine sensitivity and stabilize emotions if need be. I will get into the yogi technology at a later date. This email is to help direct you to manage your pain.
Starting August 18 through August 21, add an extra glass of water a day to your diet. As well as bump up Migraine Magick™ 25 %. So if you are spritzing 10-15x a day you should increase it to 13-18x a day...(I'm terrible with percentages you get the idea). The idea here is to keep up the electrolyte balance.
Stay away from sweets. If you craving sweets eat a small piece of fruit with the skin as well as add cheese to it. (The carbs in the fruit will convert to sugar in body but will not give you the migraine because the fiber. It will slowly release into your system because of the cheese.)
On an energetic level, the Full Moon is a time for releasing energies that no longer serve us. It is also a time for allowing whatever comes our way and knowing that it is only here to serve you in some way. I mentioned that in the New Moon email. So your mantra is: I AM ALLOWING AND RECEIVING. Engrain this in your head! It's not as easy as it may seem. Do it and watch the Magick happen.
